 Men's Ministries is the mobilization of the men of the church to provide fellowship, training, and opportunities for ministry and outreach.
 
            I have been hearing from many Pastors and Men’s Ministry Group Leaders in our Conference concerning the growth and success they are having ministering to men. Men’s Ministry is a vital ministry that will not only build and strengthen men but will also help build the local church. A Church with a strong men’s ministries group will be more stable, stronger and grow at a faster rate. Men want and need to be involved.  In the next few months, I will be highlighting what’s happening in churches around the conference.            

         Myron Price and the men of Orlando Worship Center hosted a Regional Men’s Breakfast in April. Men came from all over the central region, and several joined us from the north region.  There was an unbelievable spread of food, and I was able to attend and speak to the men.  It was originally a desire of Myron Price, to reach out and meet the other men in their area.  It was a great idea and huge success.  All I can say is this group hosted one of the best meetings I have ever been a part of.  Maybe your church would like to host one in your area! 



            Thank you for supporting several Regional Events, as well as the Fishing Adventure II on May 1st. There were 43 men on the Fishing Adventure with 10 different churches represented, and lots of fish to take home!  We hope to have an even bigger group next year.
