Here is a verse that can give us hope and encouragement in these times.
Hebrews 4:15For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as weare,yet without sin.
Hebrews 4:16Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Grace to help in time of need.I remember serving aboard the USS KNOX during the Vietnam War, and as we were sailing alone we were aware that someone could fall overboard, or one of our planes may not make it back to the carrier.Our job, if someone was in the water, was to provide grace to help, of course that didn't mean to stand along the rail and shout grace, to the drowning person, but to throw them a life ring, or send a rescue boat, person or line to help in their time of need.
God has promised not to just sit in heaven and shout grace to us, but to give us grace to help in our time of need.What do you need help with, go to His throne of grace, and ask for His mercy and grace to help you out in these times.
Yes God is still blessing seniors.Remember that God used Moses when he turned 80 years old, and Aaron when he was 83 yrs old.(Exodus 7:7)And Moses was eighty years old and Aaron eighty-three years old when they spoke to Pharaoh.
